Iruska
Zederiah comes to us from an outstanding litter of
Greyhounds. This litter had the determination and
versatility you like to have in litters. All seven ran top
grade at Wheeling with a couple running both sprint and distance
and one running all three distances. Rarely do you see the
entire litter running top grade but when this does happen one
trait that stands out is that the majority of the litter goes on
to produce very well. Zed's bloodlines have been proven to throw
durable, intelligent racers with run the top circuits in the
country. Zed started his career running up the ladder going
straight to AA in his first five starts at Wheeling. This
rare feat was followed up with a sizzling 29.99, one of only two
sub thirty times that year; four races later he was crowned the
Sprint Champion. He went on to have a phenomenal career at
Wheeling ending with a race record of 159--53-25-24-16.
These bloodlines are well suited for your Cain, Fortress and
Commander females.
Iruska
Zederiah wins Sprint Classic at Wheeling
"As
expected WW Time Warp, winner of the Great American Greyhound
Futurity at the Woodlands almost a year ago, took the lead in the
finals of the Spring Classic at Wheeling Downs Saturday night, May
29. But similar to his final performance in the Invitational
Race of Champions last September at Wichita, he couldn't hold on
as Iruska Zederiah negotiated through traffic and found running
room in the homestretch to win by a half length running
30.20."
